Nestled in the serene village of Luccombe, one of the most sought-after locations on the Isle of Wight, this is a rare opportunity to experience seclusion, natural beauty, and timeless elegance all in one extraordinary setting.



Originally dating back to the 17th century and believed to have been rebuilt in 1928, the manor effortlessly blends its historic roots with contemporary refinement. Thoughtfully modernised in recent years, the home now offers luxurious living spaces while retaining its original character and charm.



At the heart of the home is a stunning drawing room, where floor-to-ceiling glazed doors open out onto a wide balcony, framing spectacular views of the chine and the vast sea beyond. The property is set within impressive, landscaped grounds, accessed via a gated entrance and a sweeping driveway that leads elegantly to the front of the home. A picturesque chine runs through the grounds, adding to the tranquil setting, and continues all the way down to a hidden waterfall at the bottom of Luccombe Beach – a truly magical spot to explore.

PLEASE NOTE:



Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £50 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £500 before check-in.

If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

1st class house 1st class position

Exceptional house with stunning views - we were 10 people and everything was well stocked - the 5 bathrooms and bedrooms were absolutely spotless. Everything we needed was there. Unfortunately couldn't walk down to the beach as steps were too dangerous but enough walks around the gardens. Truly an enchanting place.
