This house is located in the property of the famous writer Giuseppe Berto, one of the most exclusive locations in all of Capo Vaticano. Although some renovations have been done, the vintage and antique furnishings allow the house to maintain its original charm and the feeling of a country house surrounded by the sea. In fact, the large windows offer splendid views of the property and the sea.
Casa Cucinone derives its name from the large kitchen, which is accessed directly from the entrance door, the kitchen is a large open space with a dining room and two sofa beds that can comfortably accommodate two people. The house also has a spacious double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The unique position of Villino Cucinone allows you to dine under the patio or relax in the private outdoor area, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful flowers you can enjoy the splendid views of the sea and sunsets with the Stromboli volcano directly in front of you.
From the house, via a private descent (400 steps with handrails, very safe to walk) you can reach on foot one of the most beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano.
