There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES allowed and please lower levels of music by 9pm. Please respect all neighbors. If the police have to come out for a noise or party complaint, you will be kindly evicted. Your security deposit will be held for any fines from Newport city and we will send you copy of the notice so you know the amount held was correct.
