The place was a perfect location for our sister trip. It was an easy walk to both the beach and marina. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. The host was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Exactly as pictured and very clean. The host met us to welcome us and walk us through the house and all the amenities. Great location…quiet and very close to the beach.

Location, location, location!!! We are local to So Cal and visit the peninsula a few times a year for short stays in several rentals. This home is perfectly located between the Bayside Fun Zone and the Balboa pier. We like to stay in this area because we can walk to everything we need. This home is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need. The beautiful pictures in the listing are accurate. The amenities in the garage are shared between the upper and lower floor rentals (separate rental spaces). This was a bit concerning since you are required to sign a liability form for all the items in the garage. The check-in process is very different than the other rentals that we've stayed in. We actually met with a representative to get access and signed release forms in person. All of my prior experiences have included all forms submitted online and access given via email or text the day of check-in. Check-in is 4pm which is late in my experience and check-out is 10am which is early in my experience. Very minor inconveniences LOL, but different enough to take note. Overall it's a GREAT rental and we'd love to stay again.

Great house with everything needed for a fun filled break. Good location and good parking. Unfortunately, noisy neighbours which were annoying from early mornings. Shared washing/drying facilities in garage with other tenants which was a minor inconvenience.

Our family had a great stay. The house was as expected. The kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, utensils and cookware. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large TVs in each room. We were happy to be able to park two small SUVs onsite. The location was perfect with short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other activities. Definitely would book again.

Fabulous location in Newport Beach

Very enjoyable stay. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure and the water was hot. We experienced no problems during the stay and would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break Trip

I took my teenage daughter and her friend to Newport for a few days of Spring Break and we really enjoyed the property. It was clean and comfortable. The location is incredible - right in the middle of everything and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants!

We purchased this home because we love the beach, the water activities close by, and the small town feel of Balboa Village. I love to ride my bike on the beach path, and there are bikes available at the house for guests to use. Duffy boat rentals, SUP, kayaking, surfing and fishing are all easily accessible from this home. Restaurants, bars and shopping are an easy walk.
