Boathouse Barn sits on 15 acres of private land, with direct river access, inviting guests to escape to the peace of the countryside. For a more active holiday, canoe or paddleboard to a local pub directly from the property or make the most of the on-site tennis court! Enjoy stunning views, beautiful gardens, and fantastic rural walks!
The Space:
Thoughtful renovations and exquisite interior design create a home that exceeds expectations. Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bright lounge, located at the rear of the property, includes a comfy sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a large coffee table for family board games. Enjoy views of the tennis court through the double doors that lead out to the patio area.
The kitchen centers around a stunning island, providing ample countertop space along with a large sink and draining board. Fully equipped with various appliances, utensils, and glassware, it's a chef's paradise. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table with seating for six. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room.
Experience three bright and airy bedrooms, all featuring high-quality bed linen. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with direct access to the outdoors. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a super-king bed and an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom can be converted from twin to king upon request, showcasing a unique window overlooking the dining area.
