On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room that connects the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the sunny terrace. From the terrace, the view extends to the swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs and a play area – there are facilities that will delight the youngest, but also everyone who enjoys outdoor fun. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional toilet.

In the basement of the villa there is another spacious living room – perfect for evening gatherings with billiards or darts, but also an additional sleeping area if necessary.

The covered summer kitchen by the pool, equipped with a barbecue and a dining area, is particularly enchanting. Here, days easily turn into evenings with the scents of local spices and the gentle crackling of the grill.
