By the lake you have your own jetty and access to a boat that is included in the rent.With room for five people divided into two bedrooms and an extra space in a sofa bed in the living room. Open floor plan between kitchen and living room filled with light from the large windows that look out over the lake. You also have access to internet via fiber. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a combustion toilet.Enjoy the sunset from the terrace while the dinner is grilled on the grill.The holiday home has a perfect starting point for days filled with exciting swimming and fishing excursions as well as explorations around the local area. It is only 20 km to Arvika which invites to beautiful nature experiences and cozy streets to stroll along. Why not take the opportunity to visit Arvika Fordonsmuseum which offers nostalgia at a high level! Arvika is also a real café town with a large selection of cozy cafés and trendy restaurants.For beautiful nature experiences, you have only 23 km to Glaskogen's nature reserve. Here you can hike one of the total 300 km long hiking trails, paddle a canoe or take the bike around one of the small gravel roads that wind along beautiful lakes and forests.There are several fishing opportunities at and in the vicinity of your holiday home.When fishing in Norra Örsjön, it is possible to catch perch, char, trout and lake, but keep in mind that you can catch a maximum of 5 precious fish per day. It is also not allowed to fish with fixed gear, trolls and trawlers. Outboards are not allowed either.Fishing licenses can be purchased at Arvika Tourist Office.
