This sunny and bright apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, and features a cosy glass-enclosed balcony offering views of both the sea and the mountains.
The apartment features a spacious living-dining room with two sofas—one of which converts into a 1.50m bed—a 32-inch flat-screen TV, an extendable table, and air conditioning with heating and cooling capabilities.
It features an open-concept kitchen, open to the dining area, with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, such as a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, drip coffee maker, juicer, and blender… and an integrated balcony with a table.
