This home is the most popular model in the community.
Beautifully furnished master bedroom/master bath, guest bedroom with ensuite. Private back yard with patio furniture, built in gas barbeque, and a water feature. The house features ceramic tile and carpet, granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gas range, kitchen bar eating space as well as dining area. Television and internet.

This award winning golf community offers a beautiful large outdoor pool/hot tub, bocce ball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, indoor lap pool (+sauna), spa with hair salon, massage etc.

Large well equipped workout room as well as many accessible classes. Additionally there are biking trails and hiking trails. This community is just minutes to Lake Pleasant as well as being close to shopping.

This home offers fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in great room.

Additionally home is 20-45 minutes from Professional Baseball Spring Training.

Wonderful home and community

We just completed a three-month stay at this wonderful home in Vistancia. The home is beautiful and it is better equipped than any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The hosts were extremely responsive. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. The clubhouse and pool is beautiful. An easy 5 star on this one!

Our recent 2-month stay at this property was fantastic! It was exactly as depicted and promised. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was so well managed. The communication with the owners, Scott and Kathy, was exceptional. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The location of this 55+ gated golf community resort is stunningly beautiful, with 5-star amenities. The house itself is located on a quiet road and was very well appointed, with a comfortable interior. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures and amenities provided made us feel welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely home. Wonderful home & community

The home was lovely....clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The owners and host were very helpful with our needs. The community is very friendly and the area is kept in immaculate condition. Golf course is great too!!

It was the best idea I have had in my last 10 vacation choices.

The property was quiet, clean, peaceful, friendly and I absolutely loved it. It was a perfect location for my family to come and visit with me when they were free. The Spa was a great place to hang out as well.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Highly recommend.

This is an immaculate, comfortable and beautiful home in a quiet location within the Trilogy community. It is extremely well maintained and the homeowners have provided absolutely everything you need for day-to-day living. The back patio is very private and has a resort feel. Very nice! There is a nearby restaurant with great food and wonderful views, and plenty of shopping and dining within minutes. If you are a golfer, there is a beautiful course here to play. Don't forget your clubs! Should we decide to vacation in the area again, we would definitely return to this property. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!! It was perfect in every way.
