Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🦚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Garage is not available. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. Nest camera at front door/driveway and both gates. Date exchange under 30 days of arrival are not permitted. . Contact me anytime at 253-970-7725.

This home has a very comfortable set up and Leah has paid great attention to amenity details that make the home have a resort touch. There was a welcome snack basket, sunscreen and after sun lotions, plenty of linens, very well stocked kitchen, even cold beverages in the fridge. The backyard and patio space were thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was refreshing with options for floaties and we enjoyed playing croquet. We did not use the hot tub as it was very warm the weekend we stayed. Leah was a great host and communicated well. We would stay in this home again.

This was our second stay at Diamond in the Desert. Both times our experience was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to lots of amenities. The house offers plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and very clean with attention to details. Leah is a great communicator and checked in via text a couple of times to make sure all was well. Thanks again Leah for hosting us.

Clean, easy to communicate with host, exceptional property! Everything was perfect, the home was ready early for us to check in and was clean! The best part after a long drive was the snacks and drinks for us in the frig. The decorations were very cute and made us feel like we were at home! The house was beyond our expectations! The kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I contacted Leah about the pool temperature feeling cold -I got a response right away. The inside of the house was spacious and the outside pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, and created wonderful memories for 3 generations of girls.

Family get away

The location is great and the house was fantastic. Leah was extremely helpful for the entire stay and made sure everything was perfect. All the amenities needed for a longer stay are there and no need to worry about anything. Would defiantly stay again!

Excellent Choice!

This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

Concert Getaway

This home is 2nd to none (clean, spacious and welcoming)!!! There are tons of nice homes out there but there are very few that feel like home away from home. Very few hosts are as amazing as Leah her effective communication and care goes a long way. We will be staying again in the future.
