This wonderful apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of South East (SE6) London but is also within easy reach of Central London, via nearby Hither Green Station for overground train services to Lewisham (for DLR Docklands Light Railway services) and London Bridge (for the Jubilee Line Underground).
The apartment offers a comfortable open plan living room/dining room area, modern kitchen and bathroom and bedroom with large wardrobe storage space.
Perfect London stay for up to 2!
The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building (no lift available).
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freeze, microwave, kettle, toaster and airfryer. There is a washing machine which guests can use during their stay.
The open plan dining room/living room has a large sofa, plush rug, coffee table, large TV, lamps and a dining area with two comfortable fabric dining chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, lamp, fabric chair and large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is also a full length mirror and hairdryer available.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over bath, a basin, and a WC.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.
My apartment is located on the second floor and unfortunately the building does not have a lift.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one small hand towel and one shower towel to use for the stay.
There should be some travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores locally including Nisa Store on 189-191 Torridon Road, Catford, London, SE6 1RF.
The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Free parking is available, on the street, just a short walk from the property in a communal carpark.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
