The villa was spacious for 8 adults with a beautiful view of the water from the covered patio. Excellent location to visit surrounding areas. Our hosts were very gracious and made us feel very welcome!

We loved the villa and it’s location close to Terrasini . The view from the balconies are awesome. Sam Vito lo capo is in full view and the gulf below us is beautifully lit up all night.

Married in Terrasini

The property looks just like the pictures and my family really enjoyed our time at the Villa. The views are amazing and is very close to everything you will need in Terrasini. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The only issue was the WiFi and satellite TV did not really work. To the owners defense we did not mention it until check out. It was a blessing to truly disconnect.

Location,Location!

This older, large, two-story home is a tranquil oasis in which we spent five days of our vacation. Relatively close to the Palermo airport, (and airport car rentals,) the home is located in a quiet, well-established, residential area of similar homes. The grounds of the property are spacious and the South patio affords a wonderful view of the gulf and far shore line. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped, and beds are comfortable. When I return to the Palermo area I will make sure to stay here once again. The only caveat I would offer is to make sure you have a working GPS which is a necessity for locating most of not all accommodations outside of big cities.

We just completed a month of May at the villa. We were greeted by the entire family after our arrival. Communication with the owners were a little difficult since English is not their native language. One surprise we got was we were told we had to clean the villa before we left. I just assumed there would be a maid or house cleaning service. we did clean the entire villa before we left as told. When the owners checked us out, she seemed surprised we had cleaned it, I had told her she said we were supposed to leave it clean. I'm not sure I understood what she meant. On the other hand, we enjoyed our visit, and Terrasini is an excellent location in traveling around Sicily. The villa ,however, is not exactly how the photos appeared. It has aged and not kept up as the photos show. Some of the items in the home show neglect and the idea of less is more might need to be applied.This is Mamma's home, but some upgrading of kitchen items and comfortable seating, would help a great deal to keep the villa in the running.

Beautiful Panoramic View, BUT….

My family and I stay in villas when traveling simply because we love the convenience of cooking and eating together. The many great reviews encouraged us to book it. However, we’re still scratching our heads as to how/why there are so many of these misleading reviews. Upon check-in, the owners greeted us with an ‘All business- like” attitude. They went over the House Rules, signing of documents, etc. They informed us, very firmly, that we were responsible to remove all garbage from the house upon check-out. The garbage, we were told, could be driven to some location nearby. REALLY? If we did not adhere to this, we would be charged 30 Euros. Wow, we’ve never experienced this and were taken aback by the severe tone set forth during our initial meeting. After settling in, we discovered the following: -the villa is very spacious and has a beautiful terrace with a million dollar view. - the kitchen ( very important for us) was disappointing to say the least. Dark, dingy and not very clean. THE UNANIMOUS DECISION WAS NOT TO USE THE KITCHEN. - the bed linens are cheap and old. Pilled blankets and sheets. - we were given only 1 towel per person for the entire week. - upstairs bathroom smelled of mold/mildew. The bath mat looked like a rag. - sofas need to be replaced…couldn’t sit without sinking Advice to owners: Pay more attention to details. Do some upgrading. We will not be recommending this villa.

Classic Italian Villa

My husband's Italian review: Gli otto di noi siamo stati in questa casa per una settimana. Ha una buona posizione a Terrisini e lo shopping. . C'era un sacco di spazio per tutti. I letti erano molto confortevoli per tutti. Tutte le camere ei bagni erano molto pulite. C'è una cucina con tutto per cucinare una grande cena. Da un tavolo all'aperto sul balcone abbiamo sperimentato i bellissimi tramonti durante la cena. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e li abbiamo visti solo il giorno in cui siamo arrivati e il giorno in cui siamo partiti. Non c'erano problemi con nulla a casa. C'è un sacco di parcheggio per diverse auto. Avevamo ne tre. Consiglio vivamente questa bellissima casa.

If you want a true Italian Villa experience, this is the place for you. We were welcomed by the owner family as soon as we arrived and they provided a wonderful Welcome Basket of Sicilian goodies for us. The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The owners are very attentive to the needs of guests.

Beautiful property

My sisters and I stayed (4 of of us) stayed at this beautiful property. The outdoor space is amazing with a large balcony that wraps around the house and this is by far the best feature of the home. The inside of the house is well laid out as well with four bedrooms - although we only used two of them for our stay and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is a nice size with lots of counter space. It could use a few minor updates but overall I would definitely recommend this home while visiting Sicily. We were able to communicate with Fabrizio through Whats App if we had any issues. Thank you Fabrizio and family for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Un paradiso a Terrasini

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà per circa un mese vongole.la mia famiglia. Non ho davvero paole per descrivere la bellezza del posto e l'atmosfera che la circonda. Impareggiabile vista dalla terrazza e l'emozione di un tramonto mozzafiato ogni sera. La villa è più bella di quanto mostrino le immagini ed è ben accessoriata con area barbecue davvero bellissima. I proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Tutto questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile

Truly a beautiful house

The house and the garden is very spacious and original. It has the most amazing terrace, you will have breakfasts you remember a livetime! and an indoor fireplace plus gas heaters that were perfect for cold spring evenings. Fabrizio and his family were very welcoming and generous and always reachable through WhatsApp . We think this is the "real" Sicily experience, because it is the old summer house of the family, still with the private furniture and many little details, which makes an atmosphere like home, we prefer it much over a sterile hotel just for tourist. AC, WiFi, everything was working, we could even do Home-Office from there. And our son loooved the garden. We felt very safe, it is a quiet neighborhood. You don't even hear the autostrada that goes behind the house (which we were afraid of being loud beforehand). Palermo, scopello, castellammare del golfo, hot springs, everything is around the corner, but having a car is definitely a big advantage! We appreciated very much and recommend to all our friends and family:)

La villa ha una splendida vista e ottimi spazi comuni che rendono piacevole il soggiorno. Ci sono però alcuni disservizi riscontrati quali: tutti i materassi sono da cambiare assolutamente, pentole troppo vecchie, area barbecue senza illuminazione, troppe formiche che evidenzia la mancata disinfestazione. La villa ha un potenziale enorme, basterebbe semplicemente fare una buona manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.

Wunderschöne, alte Villa!

Wir waren nur zu dritt und nur Frauen aber wir haben uns sehr sicher gefüllt. Die Terrase mit dem Ausblick ist einach märchenhaft! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Danke noch mal für Alles :-) Um das Haus perfect zu machen wäre es gut neue Handtücher zu kaufen, Küchenaustattung zu erneuiern und fast alle Zimmertüren zu reparieren die nicht schlissen. Sonst war Alles perfect!

Amazing Sicilian Villa

Our stay at Casa nel Verde was fantastic with truly beautiful views. This was a family getaway with 3 different families that totaled 12. The house was very comfortable for all of us. Fabrizio and his family made sure we had a comfortable stay and were always available for any questions or concerns. Any issues that arose were immediately resolved. We were able to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Thank you and we hope to stay here again in the future! Tanti saluti alla famiglia Fabrizio!

A Spectacular Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. The five of us couldn't pull ourselves away from the terrace and spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding area! The pictures of the house are accurate. It was a quiet location despite being close to the autostrada. The sounds heard were birds and farm animals. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all having wonderful views and a little balcony too. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to make meals. The villa was like sharing a part of the owner"s family home since it was decorated in such a warm and rich way. The whole family met us upon arrival. Their English is limited, but adequate for us to understand their directions.The family left us a very generous gift basket of food to help us out on our first night. The whole family also all came upon departure, where we took pictures and hugged goodbye. The location couldn't have been better, 15 minutes to the airport, and a very short drive to the center of Terrasini, grocery stores and gas stations. We absolutely would stay there again.

Herrlicher Blick, Haus wurde privat genutzt, Räumlichkeiten großzügig

Der Blick ist wirklich großartig! Ebenso die Terrasse. In dem Haus sind noch viele Spuren der Familie für die es gebaut wurde, es ist großzügig und geeignet für viel Menschen. Die Küche ist etwas einfach. Ebenso die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern. An manchen Stellen lässt die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl es nach Terrasini nicht weit ist, ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug notwendig.

Séjour formidable, la Sicile est magnifique !

Magnifique séjour dans la Casa nel Verde, cette villa est magnifique, très volumineuse, pouvant accueillir sans difficulté une famille complète, la vue est imprenable ! La terrasse était notre endroit préféré, la vue y est magnifique de jour comme de nuit (vue sur Castellamare del Golfo illuminée). Le jardin est grand et la végétation y est luxuriante (olives, grenades, citrons, figues, figues de Barbarie, grenades, "carrubi" et j'en passe). La propriété est assez bien située, 15 min à pied d'une crique magnifique et assez peu fréquentée, 5 min en voiture du centre ville de Terrasini (les ballades le soir le long de la mer sont très agréables de par ses rue piétonnes pleines de bar, restaurants, son marché nocturne, allez manger chez Darius Pizza c'est la meilleure pizzeria du coin). Il est à noter toutefois que quelques objets à l'intérieur de la villa sont plutôt vétustes et demandent à être remplacés comme certains ustensiles de cuisine, attention aux poignées de porte à l'intérieur de la villa car elles sont fragiles et le propriétaire en demande une somme non négligeable (40€ pour une poignée cassée). Je recommande vraiment cette villa et j'aimerais vraiment y retourner, de plus le propriétaire Fabrizio ainsi que sa famille sont des gens adorables avec le sens de l'hospitalité !

Sicilia Bedda!

Casa nel verde si affaccia su un bellissimo panorama, è immersa in un bel giardino con spazi esterni molto ampi e accessoriati per godersi i momenti di relax. La casa è molto grande, abbiamo trascorso il soggiorno in 8 e gli spazi sono adeguati. La composizione delle stanze è conforme alla descrizione nell'annuncio, dal vivo rende più che in foto. Terrasini è un grazioso paesino, dove abbiamo avuto modo di essere accolti con la simpatia e la cordialità dei suoi abitanti, sia nei ristoranti che nelle rosticcerie che nei bar. Citazione particolare per il Margaret cafè e le sue torte casalinghe e lo Street food Terrasini che è il luogo dove degustare le specialità siciliane tipiche per bontà e freschezza. Sulla statale principale vi è il supermarket PUNTORISPARMIO dove la gentilezza e la professionalità dei dipendenti ci hanno conquistato e un riferimento particolare va alle persone che ci hanno coccolato come Valerio, Maria e Federico. Consigliamo il soggiorno presso questa casa perchè la famiglia Serio composta dalla Sig.ra Jole e i suoi simpatici figli, Roberta, Dario e Fabrizio che ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e attenzione, vi faranno sentire il calore della Sicilianità. La posizione della casa consente di raggiungere velocemente l'aeroporto (20 minuti) e visitare Palermo, Trapani, Erice, Mondello, Monreale in tempi sostenibili (massimo 1 ora). Sicuramente nel periodo primaverile/estivo questa residenza può essere goduta al pieno delle sue potenzialità.
