I manage No1 Marina on behalf of my owners and this property is all about location and its spectacular sea views.

When my owners viewed number 1 Marina Court they were blown away by its view. As they state "There always seems to be something going on in the bay, we overlook the harbour and enjoy the coming and goings from there. Almost straight away we bought two captains chairs so we could both sit with our feet up and enjoy the beautiful outlook. Having access to a garden was also a priority and Marina Court once more met this requirement. " The terrace overlooks the large sweeping garden and is accessed within seconds via a few steps.

Combined with comfortable, spacious rooms, the view's, and the private sun drenched terrace, you really do begin to appreciate how beautiful Torquay is. Marina Court's position high up on Warren Road means you will never become bored with the ever changing scenery and picturesque outlook.
