We had a wonderful stay. There even was butter, toast, and tea for a first breakfast. Very short walk to the nice beach. We especially enjoyed our dinners in the lovely small garden/porch and the very comfy sofa in The living room. The area is very quiet (except for the seagulls ... ;)).

Home from home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Park the car and leave it, so easy to walk everywhere. Beach, restaurants and shops only minutes away. Wonderful stay. We will be back!

Everything you need for a stay, with the seaside right around the corner. It's a lovely spot with easy access to the Jurassic Coast, which is a must see.Owner is easily reachable and very responsive. Thank you!

Nice cosy house, close to the beautiful sea front, about 5 mins drive to the town centre. Comfy bed, spacious kitchen. Was a pleasant stay. Would be appreciated if check in and location detail could be released earlier.

The property was in an idea location. Near shops, pub and sea. Restaurants with walking distance. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.Nice strong shower and downstairs toilet very convenient.The garden is scheduled and almost windy free.

Great property although slightly hard to find if you are not used to the little streets and naming conventions. Immaculate and well appointed and close to shops.We had to buy dishwasher tablets but that may be the expectation for holiday homes here.Kitchen has everything you need to self cater. We highly recommend this property

Lovely house, fully equipt kitchen, only 1 street behind the seafront.The house was nicely decorated and in a quiet road. We also met Jake the cat who was lovely.Walkable to the centre of town and the shops.

Perfect weekend retreat

We are two friends who spent a relaxing weekend in this well presented, cosy house, conveniently located near to Exmouth’s sandy beach, shops/pubs/restaurants. The property is clean, well maintained and welcoming. We plan to return - thank you to our host!

Short stay

Over all very good. Very tight for parking and monuvering the alleyways. Bed not very comfy, plastic mattress cover to crinkley, it also made to hot.

Very pleased with the property location, just short stroll to sea front/ pub and local shops. Everything you would need in the cottage for a self catering holiday, and very clean, with modern appliances. Small gripe, instructions for using electric hob had to be searched for, perhaps a print out adjacent to hob ? As we are not as mobile as we once were, we found the stairs a little difficuilt. Bit steep and no hand rail on one side of stairwell. Wouldn't bother more able bodied guests.Outside areas pleasant enough, and tidy. All in all, we had a lovely stay, Exmouth is very nice town, easy walking along seafront.
