Enchanting apartment completely renovated with a private garden overlooking the sea, boasting a wonderful view of the Gulf of Poets. In a strategic position, just a short walk from steps leading to the beaches and the beautiful village of Tellaro.
The apartment features a spacious living area overlooking the Gulf of Poets with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a double bedroom with a small terrace.
The private garden, equipped with a gazebo and a dining table, is surrounded by a fragrant citrus grove.
Covered private parking is available, shared with another apartment (maximum height 1.80 m). It may be necessary to leave the keys in a designated box with a combination lock.
