Set along the tranquil banks of the River Thames, this spacious and stylishly appointed home offers the ideal blend of comfort and elegance. With generous space throughout, it's the perfect escape for those looking to unwind by the water while being within easy reach of local conveniences.
The home features expansive living areas with large windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering breath-taking river views. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining, while the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare memorable meals. Whether savouring your morning coffee with a river view or having dinner, this home provides an exceptional riverside experience.
The bedrooms are inviting and restful, each offering a serene sanctuary, with bedroom 1 boasting scenic river vistas. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the Thames and the picturesque surroundings.
Bedroom 2 has plenty of space to store your clothes and a double bed with views over the front of the property and car park. With Bedroom 3 providing a single bed with space to store your clothes.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request – please mention at the time of booking.
On the first floor you will find a family bathroom with bath and shower over head. The ground floor has a washroom with shower.
The living room provides a cozy space to unwind and catch up, while the open-plan kitchen features a small dining table for four. As you prepare your meals, enjoy a view of the deck area and watch the world go by.
Step outside to your private patio, a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the river right on your doorstep. Ideally located for exploring the area, with easy access to local shops, cafes, and nearby attractions, this riverside home promises a memorable stay.
Whether you're taking part in the Hampton Court Half Marathon, attending the renowned Hampton Court Flower Show or local festivals, or seeking a comfortable base during renovations or longer stays, this property suits both short and extended visits.
Planning to attend Wimbledon Tennis? Catch the train from Hampton Court, just a short car ride away from the house.
Guests have full access to the home, including the private patio with stunning views of the River Thames. As I occasionally use the property when not traveling, one room is locked for storage. Free parking is available on the street near the house. Please treat my home with the same care as your own. If anything is damaged during your stay, kindly inform us. Thank you, and enjoy your stay!
The house backs onto the River Thames and is under a mile along the riverbank from Hampton Court Palace and train station (Waterloo). There is extensive parkland and there are towpath walks behind the home.
It has good road links to the M3, M25, A3, Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon, Kew Gardens, and central London.
East Molesey Cricket Club and Molesey Boat Club are a few minutes’ walk away.
The 111 bus goes from Hampton Court to Heathrow. For Gatwick, get the train to Clapham Junction and change there.
The nearest train station is Hampton Court.
There is a small Tesco a few minutes walk away . There are many restaurants in nearby Bridge Road and Walton Road.
Please respect your neighbours. NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the premises immediately by security. This is a strict policy of ours and you will not be due a refund. Any damages will be charged including lost keys / call out to open if you loose the keys or complaints from neighbours. No Dogs or Pets due to allergies.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
