Villas Faro (8+2) & Salvore (8+2) are luxurious new houses. Comfortable for a holiday with a summer kitchen and barbecue for a complete experience. Beautiful views of the surrounding nature and farmland and located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and beaches will make your stay unforgettable.
They are located on fenced and landscaped gardens, very suitable for families with children and pets, as well as young people. The location is very quiet and there is no traffic.
Villas Faro and Salvore are new luxury villas, of the same architecture, equipped with Italian furniture. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. From there you can enjoy a view of the pool and the covered terrace with a large table and deck chairs. There are also four bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional toilet. In the basement of our houses there is a social room with billiards and darts.
The special feature of these villas is the covered area next to the pool where there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue where you can enjoy preparing meals from local farmers' ingredients and an additional toilet and storage room.

The deposit for possible damages is 300Eur/stay, returned on the day of departure.
The specialty of our region is the wine roads and olive oil roads. There is a farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day, and you can also enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms.
Cycling trails right next to the house (Parenzana Trail), quad biking, windsurfing and horseback riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.
Don't miss visiting our phenomena, lighthouses, fortresses and quarries. An unforgettable pleasure is the sunset at our lighthouse in Savudrija. We definitely recommend a trip to Stancija Grande, the Observatory in Višnjan, Kaštela Rota in Momnjan and the Amphitheatre and Aquarium in Pula, as well as other sights of this region.
A favorite place for golfers is Skiper Resort, Adriatic golf course. A relaxed game will be conjured up by the view of nature and its beauty, while tennis fans will enjoy the Umag Blue Lagoon. Aquapark Istralandia will make your vacation perfect for the youngest.

The famous Parenzana cycling trail will take you through the beauties of this region and the proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....
