Beautiful apartment, but unfortunately some huge cons
Overall the apartment is very nice and in excellent shape. However there are also some points why I would not book it again: Apartment: The apartment is excellent with beautiful views. However and this is the main topic why I wouldn't to book it again; the terrace remains completely shaded over the whole day as the balcony above covers the whole terrace. There is only one tiny sport with sun which may cover max 2persons. However swimming pool pump system is right next to it so it's very loud over the whole day. - The overall apartment complex does not open terrace before June (management told us) so there are no chairs or sun loungers. Therefor there is no other option than the apartment terrace. The management has also room for improvement: - Cleaning was very good, but check-in was a rush. No further explanation was given, neither where general garbage is, nor parking plot nor how technical systems in the apartment work (A/C and heating system). - I further complained that floor heating was on all the time, so that apartment was quite hot and A/C did not work. Company came once to check it but did not fix it. My following message to the company remained unanswered.
