Please always keep the main door of the building locked when entering or leaving. This helps maintain the safety and peace of all residents in the property.

🔇 LOUD OR UNREASONABLE NOISE IS PROHIBITED

Any noise that crosses property lines at an excessive volume is illegal under Chapter 100 of the Bayonne Code of Ordinance and may result in fines up to $1,000.

Respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud music, shouting, or disturbances—especially during nighttime.

🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, hookah, or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

🛑 Evidence of smoking will result in a $750 odor removal and deep cleaning fee, including duct and furniture treatment.

🚫 NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED
This property follows a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and weapons. Any violations will be reported to the authorities immediately.

🚫 Smoking marijuana anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors) is strictly forbidden. If reported, your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will be asked to leave the premises.

🥳 NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL

Bayonne enforces strict noise laws for short-term rentals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

No loud gatherings or parties allowed

No excessive alcohol consumption

Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted

🚫 Unauthorized guests will incur a $250 fee and may result in cancellation of your stay.

🐶 PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

We welcome one small pet (up to 12 lbs). Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can prepare accordingly.

If any of these rules are broken, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and without refund.

🌡️ HEATING IN WINTER

During cold weather, please keep the heater on at all times between 72–75°F.
Turning it off may cause system issues or affect indoor temperature regulation.

🧼 LEAVE THE HOUSE IN ORDER

To help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment:

Wash or rinse dirty dishes, pots, and glasses

Tidy the beds

Place used towels in the laundry baskets provided in each room

💲 If the apartment is left excessively dirty, or if there is damage to items, appliances, or furnishings, an additional fee will be charged.
Stained or damaged sheets will incur a $100 replacement fee.
