ensuring you have everything needed for a seamless self-catering

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the elegant living space, where
you’ll find a cozy dining area, plush lounge seating, and a flat-screen
TV. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows not only frame spectacular
mountain and ocean views but also bathe the apartment in natural light
and invite the refreshing coastal breeze indoors—creating a serene
ambience for relaxation.
The master bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a queen-sized bed and
an en-suite bathroom that includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The second bedroom, furnished with two single beds, has access to a
shared bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet.
For added comfort and convenience, Odeon Towers 1007 offers
complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking. Guests can also take advantage
of the complex’s communal facilities, including a sparkling swimming
pool and a braai area, perfect for unwinding or enjoying time with
friends and family.
Located just a short stroll from the beach, the apartment provides
unparalleled access to Strand’s iconic 5 km stretch of white sand,
celebrated as one of South Africa’s safest swimming beaches. The lively

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
