The pictures were a bit deceptiveThe owner has bags of linen, etc., stored under the bed as well as a fan iron, etc. in the windowThere is a large mirror with a crack in it and an old computer monitor sitting on the desk why I don’t knowShared kitchen had not been cleaned in sometimeShe did not advise the other tenants that I would be coming

Thank you Michael for your review.. The room is exactly as it was in the picture. The fan and iron are kept for the use of the lodgers for use well needed. The large mirror has a small crack does not affect what its reflects. As seen in the picture this was never an old computer but new PC and you don't have to use it. The entire apartment is being cleaned always and it might have been that one of the lodgers / tenants have just used it without cleaning, if dirty. You have your separate room with shared kitchen & bathroom and so other lodgers / tenants do not have to be told you are coming as they have their separate rooms. Just to remind you that this is a private host and the rating has been 90% - 100% even at other booking platform. I know all you did before you checked-in which I did accommodated; but you don't have to allow that to distort the rating.
