Great stay, bad mattress

The stay was great, everything was very clean. They need to upgrade the bed and mattress though. The mattress was well worn and had a dip in the middle from all the use.

UN SUEÑO HECHO REALIDAD

MI ESTANCIA FUE COMO UN SUEÑO, EL APARTAMENTO ES UNA MARAVILLA. TIENE UNA DISTRIBUACIÓN ESTUPENDA. MUY CÓMODO Y UNA TERRAZA DE ENSUEÑO. LA UBICACIÓN ES INMEJORABLE, TIENE TODO A MANO. LO MEJOR DE TODO ES EL TRATO CERCANO, AMABLE Y LLENO DE SIMPATÍA DE TERE. UNA ANFITRIONA INCREIBLE, MUY ATENTA Y AMIGABLE. GRACIAS TERE ¡¡¡ LO RECOMIENDO 100 X 100 REPETIRÍA DE NUEVO ¡¡ EN REALIDAD, FUI DOS SEMANAS PERO ME HUBIESE QUEDADO TODA LA VIDA

We are overjoyed that your stay felt like a dream and that you loved the apartment, its great layout and that wonderful terrace, as well as the unbeatable location with everything close at hand. And your words about Tere truly touched us; she will be delighted to know her warm, kind and friendly welcome made such a difference, that personal, close care is exactly what we strive for. Thank you for recommending us 100%! It would be an absolute pleasure to welcome you back to Telde City Loft, for two weeks or, as you say, for a lifetime! See you very soon. Warm regards!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the house convenient for getting around. We would have appreciated it if you could have been more specific about what you found uncomfortable during your stay, as that information allows us to take note of the details and continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer you an even more satisfying experience.
