Enjoy this wonderful beach house. Just a few steps away from Playa del Hombre, on the Paseo de la Costa de Telde. The promenade crosses 10 different beaches of the same municipality, you will love it!

The location was great for us. Car was useful as shops were too far to walk. Beautiful walks on the waterfront in both directions from the property. Nearby beach was too rough for swimming but other safe beaches nearby too.

lovely stay

Very nice stay. Just cross the street and you reach a beautiful beach. Nice terrace on the roof with sea view.The apartment is comfortable and clean.

Surfers ok. Beach close

Property was very basic. Cheap, low end of IKEA. seating uncomfortable. Beds uncomfortable. No bars or restaurants or shops close. 25mins 1 way and 45 mins walking the other way. We had to hire a car.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mit schnellem Internet

Wir haben eine Woche Workation und eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Daher war es für uns wichtig, zwei Tische in getrennten Räumen und ein schnelles Internet zu haben. Dies war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Es sollte aber auch für drei Personen ausreichen. Leider gab es nur ein brauchbares Fenster, die anderen beiden Fenster waren in den Abstellkammern. Das Licht war wegen des Oberlichtes dennoch ausreichend. In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Wasser war warm und sowohl in der Spüle, als auch in der Dusche ausreichend. Die Dachterrasse war einfach super mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung. Jedoch kann es schon mal ziemlich eng sein. Leider hat es vier Wochen gedauert und zwei Mahnungen erfordert bis letztendlich die Kaution zurück überwiesen wurde. Das hat im Nachhinein den Urlaubsgenuss etwas geschmälert.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben-die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet(eigentlich haben uns nur Auflagen für die Liegestühle gefehlt). Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer entschädigt aber, Wir würden wieder kommen.
