Casa Martan is a well-appointed, modern villa located close to the picturesque fishing harbour of Ferragudo. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the closest beaches and little traditional shops.



Three en-suite bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests in two queen-sized beds and 2 single beds - all extra length. Each bedroom features ample cupboard space and direct access to either terraces or the garden. The spacious living area is surrounded by sliding glass doors on three sides. It is open-plan with a stunning dining table for six, comfortable couch and work station.



The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 fridges, a free-standing hob, oven, microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The enclosed garden features large wooden deck, tables, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue - a perfect setting for alfresco dining. The villa also offers private parking for one car.

The private jacuzzi is yours to enjoy from April through October, at no extra cost. To keep the water fresh for everyone, please shower before use and wait at least an hour after applying sunscreen before getting in.
