A hideway far from traffic and noise, recently renovated, and equipped with new furniture, appliances and everything you need to have an enjoiable holiday. The chance to have the car close to home,in a private area, without worrying about parking !
A pleasant and furnished gazebo where you can have breakfast, sip a glass of good wine or even linger in reading if not attracted by the nightlife of the citycenter which is a 10-minute walk away.
Thanks to its quiet and secluded location on the Brunate hill side, you'll wake up enjoying the chirping of birds, you 'll see the lake view with the mountains on the background; at the same time, a good physical shape is recomended because you have to walk some healthy steps to reach it ! But....I'm 70 and I live here !
