The 800 sqm villa offers stunning views of the garden, a private swimming pool (10m x 5m, with a maximum depth of 1.5m; opening date 15/4, closing date 30/9), and an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to four people.

This level features a spacious dining room with seating for 20, an equipped professional kitchen, a utility room, and two bathrooms equipped with a WC and sink.

The first floor boasts a welcoming living room furnished with three large sofas, an elegant fireplace, a round table with chairs, sideboards, a billiard table, and an italian gaming table. A small kitchen is also available on this level. From here, guests can access the garden, pool, and terrace with a covered patio, complete with a large dining table for 20 guests.

Second Floor:
This level comprises five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms additionally features a luxurious in-room tub.

ANNEX - It includes two separate apartments.

The villa includes two separate apartments located just in front of the main building, accessible via three steps. Each apartment features a cozy living room with a fireplace, one double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
