Modern gem in London's upmarket Barons Court
Margravine Gardens is a light-filled two double bedrooms, and two bathroom apartment, in the ‘village’ of Baron’s Court in the heart of West London, an easy walk or cycle from High Street Kensington and Hammersmith. Baron’s Court Tube station is a two minute walk, and Olympia Exhibition Hall is very close by. Heathrow Airport in 25 mins by Tube or taxi. Piccadilly Line access to central London in 20 minutes. Free wifi, and a warm welcome. Longer lets from Kensington Property Management.
This recently fully modernised apartment (on the first floor of a typical Victorian West London terraced house) features a lovely brand new kitchen with all mod cons, two new bathrooms, and cosy bedrooms with balconies.
This spacious and light-filled apartment has a large living room and dining area with seating for up to four guests for dinner, widescreen Smart television, and super comfy sofa lounging (which also converts into a super-king sofa bed) in the sitting room. There is a well equipped modern kitchen adjacent with fridge, freezer, dish-washer, oven & hob, microwave and full cooking equipment.
Margravine Gardens features two well-proportioned double bedrooms (one king sized, one Queen sized), with super comfy Loaf matresses, and plenty of storage space. One has an ensuite shower bathroom, and the other bedroom is right next to the family bathroom with bath and shower, and hot water galore. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also another superking sized sofa bed in the sitting room.
This area of West London is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport (25 mins by car, Tube or taxi), a stone’s throw from super chic Kensington & Chelsea, magnificent Holland and Hyde parks are nearby for lovely strolls and bike rides. Baron’s Court Tube station (on the Piccadilly Line is literally in the same road, about two minutes walk away, giving exceptional access to central London in 20 minutes. One of the best gastro pubs in London, The Curtain’s Up, is just up the road. As the name suggests it is also a theatre.
Central London is no further than 20 minutes away. There are also regular buses to many different destinations from the bus stops outside the front door of Olympia Exhibition Hall on Hammersmith Road (five minutes walk). You can use the popular Santander ‘Boris’ Bikes –pick up and drop off. There are bike stations outside the Tube ststion, on Brook Green, at Olympia train station and also on High Street Kensington. It is also quite easy to walk to High Street Kensington and Holland Park (about 15/20 minutes) and from there London is your oyster. Speaking of oysters, don’t forget to buy an Oyster card, as it makes tube and train rides much cheaper (you can buy them at Tube stations). And of course there are the splendid Black London taxi cabs, which can be hailed from almost anywhere. Probably the best butcher & deli in West London is also on the same road.
We look forward to welcoming you to your home from home...

The apartment is as advertised. We enjoyed breakfasting in the light-filled bay window watching the world go by. The Picadilly and District lines service the Barons court station, which is about a 7-min walk from the apartment. We especially liked that the Picadilly line took us directly to West End theaters, museums, and restaurants. Hugo and Tima were excellent hosts as they quickly responded to all of our queries and provided assistance when needed.
