- 200 metres from Richelieu beach (3 minutes on foot);
- 300 metres from the nearest supermarket;
- 300 metres from shops and restaurants;
- 1 km from the port.

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 103€
- Sheets pack: 16€ / bed
- Towel pack: 12€ / kit / person

A deposit of €500 is requested upon your arrival.
NB: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

Please note that the key handover does not take place at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "1 rue JP Poumayrac Mail de Rochelongue 34300 Cap d'Agde". You will receive the necessary information upon confirmation of your booking.
