-Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Kettle, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils);
-1 Bedroom: 2 single beds (2x1 pers, 90x190);
-A bathroom with shower, towel rack, and toilet;
-No wifi access;
-Individual heating;
-The accommodation is equipped with Spreader , blankets and pillows;
-Free private outdoor parking (residence) with designated space No. 69;
-Outdoor swimming pool in residence

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost:
