Within walking distance from the sea and all major amenities, our family apartment is in a recently renovated building on the first and second floors. With an area of 80 square meters when you come in, the flat can accommodate comfortably up to 5 persons.
Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an open space terrace that acts as a cosy chilling room, our charming abode is perfect for families or couples seeking a truly Mediterranean lifestyle apartment.
It has free high-speed Wi-Fi and a new modern interior combined with beautifully preserved old tile floors in the entrance. Thanks to its strategic position, our flat benefits from plenty of natural light, especially in the morning, and it is protected from direct sunlight by the surrounding buildings during the warmest hours of the day. This is an excellent key advantage to keep it naturally cool even with external high temperatures.
The kitchen includes a fridge, stove and oven, kettle, toaster and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. There is also a comfortable dining table for six people.
A washing machine with cleaning products is also provided.
The outdoor space with bin bags confers a sense of warm welcome for our guests who choose our family apartment as a nest during their holiday.
We also offer a workspace area for those working remotely.
The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a front mirror, bidet and flushable toilet. Liquid soap, shower gel, and towels are provided.
