Great location in a pleasant neighbourhood, with public transport and pubs very close by. Everything was spotlessly clean, but very small and impersonal. Great location. We didn’t see any staff. Very small room.

Very disappointing. This is not a hotel and should not be marketed as such. It has no facilities at all. No reception, no left luggage, no visible staff. Our room/cupboard was very tiny as was the en-suite. The entry instructions were unnecessarily difficult due to the constant bombardment of emails with contradictory information and unnecessary sales pitches. Altogether a very underwhelming experience.
