Sea view and with a large corner garden that can offer all the privacy you need, the 45 sqm Perla Abernathy 2-room apartment invites you to enjoy the outdoors: the garden is embellished with a veranda equipped for aperitifs and informal meals, and the complex's panoramic pool has a large solarium to offer you maximum relaxation. Around you, the peace and serenity of a small village like Boissano, close to renowned tourist centers such as Loano, Toirano and Pietra Ligure, make you appreciate at best the silence, the closeness to nature and the air rich in saltiness that, thanks to the mild climate, becomes even more pleasant in the evening.

Modern and well-appointed, the apartment is appreciated for its strong shabby feel in the living room and the corner kitchen: particularly delicate are the jars, bowls and candle holders, the cupboard for dishes and the lamp next to the flat-screen TV; the illustrations decorating the walls pick up on bucolic and artpop themes; above the splash guard stand beautiful cementines. The predominant color is white, offset by the sea blue of the sofa and the red of some of the illustrations. The kitchen consists of a stove with induction plates, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, mocha and coffee maker, microwave, and table with seating.

In the master bedroom, where matching the white is the sea green of the wall behind the bed, there is a full-wall closet, bedside tables, and a second, hanging, flat-screen TV; in the ultra-modern bathroom with washing machine, the shower stall has a resin floor, and the fixtures are wall-hung. Air conditioning and heating are provided by splits in each room. Residential parking space and unlimited Wi-Fi are available.

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet setting with a beautiful view of the sea and the Ligurian hills, the apartment is located just minutes from the center of Boissano and the charming medieval hamlet of Toirano, famous for its Caves with prehistoric man's footprints and bear bones dating back some 30,000 years. The area is for all intents and purposes endowed with its own uniqueness, being within a large area where a site of geological and natural interest is preserved, with characteristic fauna and flora and an incredible variety of karst formations, rocky slopes, grasslands and forests.

The beaches and prestigious seafront of Loano, which can be reached either from the Pietra Ligure or Borghetto S.Spirito highway exits or by train, are just a few minutes' drive away; excellent opportunities for hiking and MTB or road biking.
