You will receive a link at the time of booking with all the information on where to park and how to reach the apartment. At the entrance of the property, there is a mailbox, and inside it, a self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the apartment are placed in the self check in box, and you will receive all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible view, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

Bed and bath linen is available for rent at an additional cost of 15 CHF per guest. We provide professional, Swiss quality linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in line with Swiss standards. By choosing our linen, you can enjoy a warm, welcoming environment with attention to every detail, for an even more relaxing and enjoyable stay. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the reservation has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave the used towels in the bathroom and the bed sheets on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation with the cleaning service. Please make sure to turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment, and ensure that doors, windows, and balconies are properly closed and locked. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.

Public transport Train: San Nazzaro railway station is located along the line connecting Bellinzona to Locarno and offers frequent connections to the rest of Ticino. Bus: Local bus lines connect San Nazzaro with other villages of Gambarogno and nearby towns such as Magadino, Locarno, and Bellinzona. Boats: Boats operated by the Società Navigazione Lago Maggiore make it easy to reach Ascona, Locarno, and the Brissago Islands with a pleasant lake crossing. By car San Nazzaro is easily accessible by car via the cantonal road running along the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. Open from Easter to October. Lower Level: There is a shared laundry room accessible for a fee with coins. A shared sauna is also available for use, again for a fee with coins.
