This second-floor studio apartment offers a bright and welcoming layout, perfect for up to three guests. The open-plan design includes a cozy sleeping area, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The private terrace is the highlight, providing a tranquil spot to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. With modern decor and plenty of natural light, the studio is ideal for a relaxing getaway.
This studio includes all the essentials for a comfortable and seamless stay, such as:
-A private terrace with outdoor seating
-High-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment
-A fully equipped kitchen with appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, and more
-Bathroom essentials: towels, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer
-A washing machine and cleaning supplies for added convenience

Located approximately 20 minutes from Madrid’s center by car or public transport, this studio offers easy access to the city’s iconic landmarks, such as Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the excellent transport connections and quiet surroundings make it an ideal base for exploring Madrid and its surroundings.
The accommodation is a studio on the second floor. And has a large terrace with fences.
It is an open plan studio in which the kitchen, living room and bedroom are in the same room with a little separation between the spaces. The only room separated and with door is the bathroom.
It has air conditioning and heating type split in the AC. If you use the heating, you should not exceed 22ºC.
The legs of the sofa bed can be found by unzipping the back part.
The bedding for the sofa bed is provided on the side, but it is not set up.
HOT WATER BY SOLAR PANELS: It may take a little time to heat up.
Distribution of places:
- A room with a double bed.
- A small folding bed (ideally for children or smaller people)
The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit
Free welcome coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper

It has a heated swimming pool and a community gym. The summer pool is available utill the end of the summer season.
The outdoor swimming pool will remain open during the summer season. It is mandatory to comply with the rules. The schedule is from 9h to 14h and from 15h to 22h. The dimensions are 3.77m x 14.75m. The depth is 1.50m in the shallowest part and 1.90m in the deepest part.
As for the indoor pool, the dimensions are 25 x 6 meters. Depth 1`50m in the shallowest part and 1`90m in the deepest part.
The temperature of the heated pool in winter is 25⁰ C approximately.
The total surface of the accommodation is 25m2
Important: The loss of the common area key will incur a €65 replacement fee.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
