VILLA STRESA - GIGILIO
Located in Massimo Visconti, above Stresa, this 15th century villa has been restored with great care. It has been divided into 6 apartments all with independent entrance and privacy, but only 5 are available for rent. Occasionally, the owner occupies the 6th apartment on the ground floor.
The villa is close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden.

Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.

Shared swimming pool: 10m x 5m.

Nearest shops in Massimo Visconti 100m, including a restaurant which will deliver to the apartments. Supermarket in Gignese, 1km.
