With easy access to Preston City Centre, UCLan, and the train station, it’s the perfect base for work or leisure.

The Space
This stylish two-bedroom ground-floor apartment is perfectly located overlooking the water on Preston Docks in the vibrant Riversway Docklands. Recently renovated, it features brand-new furnishings, a sleek kitchen, and a contemporary bathroom, making it an ideal home-away-from-home.
The apartment has its own private entrance with parking directly outside, offering convenience and privacy. Inside, the living area is cozy and inviting, equipped with a Smart TV and Full Fibre Wi-Fi to keep you entertained or connected during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, and all necessary cookware, with a charming dining area to enjoy meals.
The main bedroom boasts a large double bed, ample storage, and stunning marina views – a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom is charming and features a single bed with additional storage for your belongings.
The stylish family bathroom is beautifully decorated and includes a bathtub with an over-bath shower, basin, and toilet. Luxury towels, a hairdryer, iron, and complimentary tea and coffee are all provided to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Located close to Preston city centre, the University of Central Lancashire, and the train station, this apartment is ideal for both leisure and business stays. The Riversway Docklands area offers plenty of amenities and attractions, including scenic marina walks, the Odeon Cinema, Ribble Steam Railway, and Marina Retail Park. It is also home to a Morrisons supermarket and fast-food restaurants such as the newly opened Burger King and McDonald’s. Everything you need is right at your doorstep.
