Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with stunning sea views in the tranquil yet convenient residential area of El Paraiso in Estepona. The apartment is just a short drive to Estepona´s beautiful beaches, vibrant Puerto Banus and Marbella. Nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and top golf courses. The apartment comes with plenty of free parking spaces and a serene pool area.
Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and spacious built in wardrobes. Air condition and heating can be regulated in each room individually.
The spacious terrace with the spectacular sea view can be used all year round thanks to our flexible glass curtains which can fully enclose the terrace during the cooler months of winter.
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation with mainly permanent residents. The quiet and gated pool area is sun filled all day and offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and bathrooms.
