Aubrey Villa consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining room with dining table, TV, and access to the garden, and a sitting room with Smart TV, gas fire, games, and books. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, king-size, twin, and bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, and washing machine, and a shower room with walk-in shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a side patio with furniture and bike storage, an enclosed, rear courtyard with decking, gravel, furniture, and barbecue, plus public car parks available nearby property.
