Charming family summer house with a hot tub in the scenic holiday area of Hþll, close to the beach and forest. The cottage offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with modern furnishings and all necessary amenities. It features three comfortable bedrooms and a loft that children will especially love. The heart of the house is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. There is both a guest toilet and a modern bathroom with a shower. Outdoors, you can enjoy long summer evenings on the large terrace. The garden is enclosed by hedges, providing a private and peaceful setting. A barbecue and garden furniture are also available. The summer house is located in a family-friendly area about 400 meters from a lovely, child-friendly bathing beach and close to shopping facilities. There is a short distance to larger towns such as Vejle and Fredericia, where you’ll find a wide range of activities and attractions, including Legoland and Givskud Zoo.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
