The beautifully built Estate home includes views that are breath taking of the whole valley, lake and beyond. This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath house with an additional 1 room nanny unit that includes a bathroom, has multitude of surprises inside and out. If you like to sit out on the patio enjoying a good book or just relax then this house is for you! Maybe you like living with nature, enjoying the outdoor restroom shower facilities, you are good to go. Maybe you are more of an indoor person; you can enjoy the air conditioned 2,000 sq ft. home with a 60' TV with surround sound or just an old fashion board game is in the cards for you…it's all there. The garage has been turned into a game room with a ping-pong table, large TV and refrigerator. In the evening enjoy star gazing through the telescope. You can also enjoy the corn hole or cowboy golf out back, while taking in the view between turns!

This property has something for everybody. You can go wine tasting all day and never have to leave the valley. You can drop your boat (to ski, wakeboard or fish) into the lake just a 3 minute drive away! Maybe you like hiking or just enjoying a great evening of gazing at the stars. Great Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great retreat and enjoyed the many things the area has to offer such as wine tasting, the Lake, and local shopping and dinning. The Sensorio light display was amazing as well.

Best lake house

We stayed at Hopes Place with family and friends and went to the lake everyday. The house had everything we needed and plenty of place for people to sleep. The views were amazing and the property was really private. We usually rent at Oak shores but we got sick of dealing with rowdy neighbors and so many obstacles for parking our boat and trailer and cars! hopes place is so easy to access and you don’t have to deal with rowdy people. We are staying there again this weekend. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The property managers were so great to deal with, and easy to contact!

Lovely stay, but needs some improvements.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house and very roomy for everyone to feel comfortable with 12 people with plenty of beds. Upon arrival, home owner came to check the drinking water tank which was empty and never came back with a new one. The house is on a well system so plan on bringing plenty of water. There is zero water pressure throughout the house and the shower and kitchen sink trickle. It gets worst of 2 or more water sources are running at the same time. Cell service is poor due to the area which is understandable however, the WI-FI provided at the house is not good. When using any of the apps on the TV it is very pixilated and doesn’t load. Y

Third Stay...

This was our third visit to Lake Nacimiento in the least six or seven years. We always stay at Hope's Place - it's comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the location is unbeatable. Perched all by itself on a bluff overlooking the dam, it's remarkably private and quiet yet just a five minute drive to either the marina or to the little village where there's an excellent grocery store, a gas station and a lively pizza joint. The marina offers for rent about a dozen brand new and very fancy deck boats (not cheap...). We also highly recommend the "Friends of Fred Wakeboarding School" if you want to do some wakeboarding - also not cheap, but a wonderful experience.
