The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom includes all the essentials to freshen up, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.
The stairway has a rustic, intentionally aged charm, adding character to the space.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

It is situated above the Rose and Monkey pub, with Band on the Wall, a historic live music venue just a short walk away, offering a rich lineup of performances. For those interested in shopping, Manchester Arndale, one of the UK’s largest city-centre malls, is within easy reach, providing a variety of retail stores and eateries. Culture enthusiasts can explore the Manchester Art Gallery, showcasing an extensive collection of artwork, or visit Manchester Cathedral, a stunning medieval landmark with a fascinating history.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
