Access to the property is via its own private entrance down an external staircase. There is private underground parking, and there are also electric parking stations within the urbanization. Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations. The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant. On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
