This stunning property is located in the prestigious 'Mirador de Estepona Hills' urbanisation, one of the most exclusive estates along the Costa del Sol.
4 bedroom ground floor apartment. The Master is en suite and leads to the enclosed terrace. The 2nd bedroom has double bed with a fully equipped bathroom across the hall. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are separated by a further fully equipped bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a double with garden access whilst the 4th has twin beds and its own private terrace
The open plan living space flows perfectly to the large terrace and communcal garden with stunning sea views!
There is underground parking with an elevator to the apartment. There are also electric parking stations within the urbanization.
Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations.
The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant.
On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away.
From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive.
Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount.
Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car.
Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively.
Please note that there is currently some building work in the local area. Whilst the actual construction can not be seen, some of the land in front of the property is being used to service the construction sight. As a result the prices of the property have been lowered accordingly.
Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:
9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros
This amount is payable in cash at the property.
For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items.
