On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and more, which is open to the dining area and a cozy living room. Here you can gather for meals or relax in front of the TV, which offers both Danish and German channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. From the living room, there is direct access to your own wooden terrace, where you can enjoy barbecues and summer evenings outdoors. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are additional sleeping spaces with two single beds, making the house suitable for up to four guests. The layout ensures both comfort and privacy, whether traveling as a family or a small group. The location is one of the property’s highlights: just about 600 meters from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach and only around 150 meters to shops, restaurants, and Marielyst Torv. The area also offers many leisure activities, making it easy to combine relaxation with fun outings. Communal parking is available nearby. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
