BeBarceloner Gothic Quarter Studios
Great interior studio located right in the Gothic area, just a few steps from Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum etc. The area has plenty of nice little restaurants, wine bars, tapas and trendy shops… great for shopping. Get lost and discover the city as everything is walking distance. The studio has a kitchenette & 1 bathroom. Building with lift. There is a laundry machine on a common area in the building for you to use with no extra cost. No views to the street.
Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
Pets - not allowed
