Acogedor piso superior muy luminoso con terraza privada.

Disfruta de la ciudad de Barcelona desde este apartamento de tres dormitorios muy bien equipado con terraza privada y hermosas vistas del atardecer. El excelente clima de Barcelona te permitirá disfrutar de la terraza durante todo el año.

Apartamento

Apartamento de tres habitaciones que puede alojar cómodamente a 4 personas, con mucha luz natural. Hay una habitación doble con acceso directo a la terraza, y dos habitaciones individuales (una de ellas tiene una cama que podría dormir dos niños).

La sala de estar y el comedor también tienen acceso a la terraza y tienen un sofá muy cómodo, una mesa de comedor y un televisor de pantalla plana.

Ducha renovada (diciembre de 2017).

Cocina totalmente equipada y moderna.

Una de las características más exclusivas del apartamento es su terraza, donde se puede tomar una copa de vino mientras contempla la puesta de sol o desayunar o almorzar.

El apartamento es un séptimo piso con ascensor. Internet se proporciona de forma gratuita

Este apartamento está rodeado de numerosos cafés y restaurantes a pocos minutos de Diagonal y del Paseo de Gracia, y en el pintoresco barrio de Gracia. También está muy bien conectado con el resto de la ciudad en metro (la parada está a unos segundos) y en 15 minutos se encuentra en Plaza Catalunya (Plaza Catalunya). Gracia es uno de los barrios más peculiares de Barcelona, ​​con muchas calles peatonales y un montón de tiendas, restaurantes boutique, etc .... y todo a pocos minutos del famoso Paseo de Gracia.

Excellent apartment. Great location- close to many restaurants, a grocery store and the train station. The communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment looks as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 4 nights. It was my husband, myself and 2 grow children. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend.

Great apartment - your home away from home and the neighborhood is fantastic. You’re close to the metro station that will take you anywhere in Barcelona. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place if you’re travelling to Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay. The young man who met us at the apartment pointed out the supermarket a block away. Lots of restaurants and markets in the area. Bus and metro close to apartment. Easy walking around. A little information in the apartment about metro stops would have been helpful. We wanted to purchase an Ola card but went to wrong metro stop. Found the right one the day we left. Communication about how to gain access to the apartment was given only a few hours before we arrived. As we were flying from England and had no internet or cell service once we arrived in Barcelona it was hard to communicate. We did sort everything out eventually but a 24 heads up would have helped. These are just comments that may help people in future, it certainly did not distract from our very wonderful stay.

The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect! Close to the metro and great restaurants. It has everything you need. The shower did not work for us but the owner was very kind and offered us a partial refund. It is not due to water pressure as the kitchen and bathroom faucets have full pressure. I would confirm this is repaired prior to booking. Other than the shower it’s a great place to rent.

We absolutely loved our stay. The flat was a perfect location to walk to some of the main attractions and the beds were really comfortable. The balcony was wonderful to have breakfast in the morning and communication with our host was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Thank you xx

Central in a good neighborhood

We loved how easy it is to access all transit available in the area. Great cafes, wine stores and Mercados very close by. Host was very good at answering any questions we had. Would stay here again

Convenient Stay!

Very easy check in process and explanation of the property. Large space with a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. All amenities listed were ready and available. It did get a little hot but fans were provided for each room. Really great location, convenient to everything we needed!

Great Homebase for a week in Barcelona
