Perfect match for us

Perfect house, nice area, not crowded but also not far off. Beautiful beaches around. Some waveriding, nice restaurants, and close to Porto to do shopping and culture.

Super house, great beach front location, very clean and well equiped. Lovely pool. Friendly owner.

Great house for our family (2 adults and 3 young children). Easy to find. Approximately 40 minutes drive from Porto Airport. Greeted in person by the friendly owner Raquel. Much better than it looks in the photos. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Very clean. Immaculate outside space and pool. Well equipped kitchen. Felt very safe. Beautiful beach at the end of the road. Off street parking. Not many foreign tourists around, lots of Portugese at the beach. Lifeguard at the beach. Supermarkets within 5 minutes drive.

Nice house but dangerous outdoors area

Overall a nice property, however the outdoor area is very dangerous. The tiles around the pool is very slippery when wet, the edge of the pool very sharp. We had a couple of injuries in the week we spent there. We stopped using the pool and outdoor shower altogether because it is so dangerous. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this house is not for you.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus nicht weit vom Strand

Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Schönes, großes Haus mit fast allem, was man braucht. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt, so dass das Wasser etwas frisch war und der ständige Wind lud nicht zu Verweilen im Garten ein. Leider fehlen auch Gartenmöbel, um in der Sonne frühstücken zu können. Es gibt aber einen überdachten Grill und dort auch Möbel, um an warmen Tagen draußen im Schatten zu sitzen. Leider war es bei uns dafür zu kalt. Raquel hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles zum Haus erklärt. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch Portwein und andere Getränke. Insgesamt kann man das Haus für den Sommer empfehlen. Leider war es bei uns Anfang September nicht mehr richtig warm.

Proche plage, belle maison

Communication avec Raquel 👍, proche de la plage et du centre ville, joli maison fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, extérieur top ( barbecue, tables, piscine, transat... Tout était parfait. Matelas un peu raide pour le dos mais ça reste correct. Je recommande +++ Merci Raquel🇵🇹

Lovely villa - everything we wanted

A must stay villa. Perfect for families. Close to the beach and restaurants as well as own pool, garden bbq area and lovely accommodation. Couldn’t have asked for more and wonderful helpful host. We had a fantastic week - thank you!

L'accueil par les propriétaires s'est bien passé , la maison tout confort , mais quelques détails a revoir (abattants, douchettes). Situation proche des plages mais leurs abords sont sales...il aurait été bon de savoir que le parc en face de la maison accueille du lundi au vendredi toute la journée les centres de loisirs des enfants des environs (ambiance cour d'école toute la journée ).

Dream Vacation

It was such a pleasure to stay one week in this awesome house. Raquel was super friendly and helped us with every question we had. The house was amazing. Everything you need and more! Also the beach 80 meters away was amazing. With Porto 30 minutes away you have one of the most beautiful Citys in europe right around the corner. We will come back for sure ❤️

Ein tolles Haus in super Lage !

Wir haben eine superschöne Zeit in diesem großartigen Haus verbracht. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und es gibt genügend Stauraum in den Schränken.Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieterin Raquel ist sehr nett und hat uns sofort geholfen, als wir krankheitsbedingt einen Arzt brauchten. Auch war Sie jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die nähe sind Strand ist einfach großartig und es gibt gute Restaurant in der Nähe die alle Fussläufig zu erreichen sind. In einem kleinen Supermarkt gibt es Brötchen und jeden Tag frisches Brot. Wir können dieses Haus und die Vermieterin nur empfehlen. Ein kleiner Punkt der Verbesserung wäre, ein paar Haken im Badezimmer und etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit. Aber das ist jammern auf hohen niveau.

FABULEUX

Très bon accueil de Raquel , sa maison est confortable et très bien conçue , il ne manque rien , c’était un réel plaisir d’être dans cette maison. Nous sommes à 50 mètres de l’océan, à côté des petits restaus et d’une supérette …la ville d’ESPOSENDE mérite d’être visitée …!!!

Schönes Haus, schwierige Kommunikation

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sehr geschmackvoll. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts 4 mal Stromausfall. Dazu kam dass der Gärtner 2 Stunden auf dem Nachbargrundstück mit der Kettensäge gearbeitet hat. Das war zwar angekündigt, aber als Poolreinigung und nicht als komplette Gartenarbeit auf 2 Grundstücken. Das hätte man doch besser zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt machen können. Was sehr bedauerlich war, dass die Kommunikation sehr sehr schwierig war. Entweder wir haben uns was eingebildet laut Vermieterin ( Länge der Gartenarbeit) oder wir haben am Stromkasten falsch gehandelt ( was soll man machen wenn man kocht und Strom braucht?) darüber hinaus haben wir uns entweder was eingebildet oder was falsch verstanden. Ich finde dass man als Dienstleister sich anders dem Gast gegenüber aufstellen muss. Wir haben schließlich Urlaub gebucht und wollten nicht durch Kettensägenlärm und Kindergeschrei von gegenüber liegenden Freizeitpark gestört werden. Wie schon mal in einer anderen Bewertung hier geschrieben, Erholung und Freundlichkeit ist was anderes. Ich bin mir sicher dass auch ein Kommentar kommt, dass das ja alles so nicht stimmt. Das ist in so fern schade als dass wir fünf das so empfunden haben und wir was die Kommunikation angeht leider enttäuscht sind. Aber wie gesagt, das Haus ist schön und der Außenbereich auch. Ist aber ein Reihenhaus. Als Tipp: bitte mehr Ablageflächen im Bad schaffen.

Super!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Bei unserer Anreise hat Raquel uns bereits erwartet. Bei Fragen, die im Verlauf aufgekommen sind, hat sie stets freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Die Räume des Hauses sind großzügig und gut aufgeteilt. Alle Bereiche sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool uns Außenbereich sind super! Sämtliche sehenswerte Orte sind in maximal 1h mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Große Supermärkte sind in knapp 10min erreichbar. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub bei Raquel verbracht!

Nice property, great stay

Our family of five (two adults, three children) really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The pool was great, and the beach (with lifeguard) really is just at the end of the road. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the supermarket in Esponsende is about a 10 minute drive. Porto, Braga, Ponte de Lima, and other places to visit are all around a 30-40 minute drive. No hesitation to recommend the property!

Nice holidays

We enjoyed 2 weeks at the end of july in Apulia, where the temperatures were about 20-25°C and ocean 17°C. The house was very comfortable, equipped with all we needed, free WiFi and close to the beach and Apulia centre (15 min walk). The pool is great, we had barbecue twice and have been out for dinner several times. Sometimes a bit windy and cold to stay outside. All in all nice holidays.

Great property, easy reach of beaches

Great property in easy reach of beaches and cities like Porto, Braga, Barcelos. Lots to see. Windier than expected, but it is surfing country so ideal for that.

Alles bestens. Stand ist super . Leider gab es viel Wind und die Temperaturen waren nicht so toll. Pool war dann halt dann auch zu kalt.

Vacances au soleil

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison, avec cette piscine avec eau chauffée, située proche de la plage. La maison était propre, bien équipée et agréable. La propriétaire était très gentille, à l'écoute et disponible.

Fantastisch woning van alle gemakken voorzien

Een modern ingerichte woning met 4 slaapkamers waarvan er 3 zijn voorzien van kamergebonden sanitair (douche, wastafel en toilet) en er één een sanitaire ruimte heeft op de BG. Woning is recent geheel gerenoveerd en ligt vlak bij het strand en het dorp Apúlia met zijn leuke restaurantjes, winkeltjes, e.d. Ideaal (voor ons) was de gematigde temperatuur bij wind van zee. Vaak 20-25 graden Celsius, terwijl het 20-30 kilometer landinwaarts 36-38 graden Celsius was. Een echte aanrader!

Schönes Haus am Strand

Zum schönen und nicht überlaufenen Strand sind es nurwenige Schritte. Wenn es dort zu windig ist, ist der geschützte sonnige Hof mit Pool ideal. In Apulia gibt es alles was man braucht, gut sind die sehr nah gelegenen Fischrestaurants. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen. Uns hat die klare Einrichtung des Hauses sehr gefallen. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch. Empfehlenswert!

Idéal !!!!!

Nous avons passé des vacances idéales ! La maison est en parfait état et très bien disposée, avec tout le confort dont on peut espérer, chambres, salles de bain, piscine parfaite et à bonne température, wifi ... rien ne manque ! même en cherchant bien nous ne trouvons aucun défaut ! Raquel très accueillante et réactive pour nos demandes, très disponible avant comme pendant, par mail ou téléphone. Caution rendue 3 jours après ... que du bon je vous dit ! Apulia, un village charmant avec toutes les commodités et qui a su garder le charme du Portugal ne cédant pas aux sirènes de l'industrialisation et du commerce pour vacanciers à gogo. Non, des gens charmants d'une gentillesse extrême et du commerce traditionnel à des prix très intéressant pour nous Français ! j'ai presque eu l'impression d'être riche !! La mer ... magnifique !!! le climat impeccable !!! Je vais déjà réserver pour les années avenir ... cette villa est tout simplement parfait !!!! et ses propriétaires charmant et honnêtes Merci à Rachel Tivemos um feriado perfeito! A casa está em perfeitas condições e muito bem preparado, com todas as comodidades que você poderia esperar, quartos, casas de banho, piscina perfeita e na temperatura certa, wi-fi ... não falta nada! mesmo se você olhar de perto, encontramos nenhum defeito! Raquel muito acolhedora e responsivo aos nossos pedidos muito útil antes e durante, pelo correio ou por telefone. Depósito a 3 dias após ... mas bom Eu te disse! Apulia, uma charmosa vila com todas as comodidades e manteve o charme de Portugal não ceder à tentação de industrialização e comércio para turistas em abundância. Não, as pessoas encantadoras extremamente gentil e comércio tradicional a um preço muito atraente para nós francês! Eu quase me senti para ser rico !! O mar ... linda !!! clima impecável !!! Super

Maison très belle et très bien située. A 100m de la plage. Il y a des restaurants en moins de 5mn. Environnement très calme. La piscine est superbe. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les propriétaires sont très charmants. J'y retournerai.
