Our guest house provides you with a perfect home while visiting Lubbock and the neighboring areas. The property sits behind the main house, where the property owner lives. The property is also separate from the main house, so you will be able to enjoy a private and relaxing stay. Our guest house welcomes you with a very spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, beautiful kitchen open to the living room, laundry room, private backyard with deck, 2 car garage, and a private swimming pool (ONLY AVAILABLE from mid May- August). The master suite includes his and hers sink separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and a spacious sitting area! It’s a beautiful piece of real estate in a country setting that provides you with the perfect getaway. COME & STAY!

The host was welcoming We had all our check-in information early and the host followed up with us the day before. The house was perfect for our stay during December graduation for Texas Tech. We enjoyed local shopping and restaurants, and played board games in the kitchen. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The Christmas tree was a special added touch as we hadn't all been together since my daughter's wedding almost 8 months earlier. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had an amazing weekend at this home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for spending time together. The teenagers lived the pool and okay orn hole in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to town, which made it super convenient. Our family had such a great time, and we would definitely stay here again. Really Nice House

We went to Wollforth to watch my grandaughter in her play and stayed at this wonderful house. The manager/host was so helpful with check-in and was always available to answer questions. The house was well kept and had all the comforts that we enjoyed.
