Good location close to Tech. Maxey Park is nearby and Caprock Cafe is just around the corner. Lots of room inside and a big backyard was nice. Great stay!

The property, although older and somewhat worn, was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. The host, Adam, was accessible and very quick to respond to all our inquiries. This VRBO perfectly fit our needs for a place to stay while attending Texas Tech’s graduation.

Stay was fine. The home is dated. The yard needs a lot of work. At first glance. But the inside of home made up for it. Overall the property is close to stores and restaurants. And not far from the stadium.

Great location, house was in good shape. Only thing missing is a grill in the backyard. Other than that, we loved it.

We didn’t actually stay at this Sweet Dreams Darlin property. Somehow this was double booked. I’m not really sure how that happened and it was an inconvenience for us and for the people staying there who we walked in on. However, getting ahold of the host was very easy and he very quickly got us into another property. While it was smaller than what we wanted it worked out for our needs for the weekend. The property we stayed at was clean and adequately furnished/ stocked. The host was very responsive to our questions and quickly discounted our stay for the inconvenience.
