Nice and clean

The place was really clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Only down side was showers are small. Also, the cabin does not have high ceilings so it seems smaller and darker than picture. Overall, great stay!

As advertised

The accomadations are as advertised with a twist, the house some easily overcome oddities like disjointed heating systems and low showerhead in the master, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms are all a good size and the nba game was fun to have. My kids loved the hot tub and played in the snow a ton. The driveway definitely requires all wheel or 4 wheel to get up to the garage in the winter, the garage is also at an odd angle and has a walkway that prevents big cars from being able to park in the left garage, we had to park on the right which wouldve been fine if the door had worked, it was very frustrating to have to open it manually during a snow storm. I emailed management and they said they would have it fixed for the next renter... batteries were out in multiple things and all the clocks were wrong so it makes me think the managers or owners haven't checked on it, but it was clear the cleaning crew had been around. This seems like a lot of complaints but we did have a nice stay. Also, we were pleasantly surprised and relieved that the driveway was ploughed for us after a huge storm.

Couldn't be Cozier!

This home was cozy and comfortable-- perfect for our family ski trip to Lake Tahoe. The layout was especially suited for our extended family of six (including two grandchildren),as there was plenty of room to spread out and have our own areas. We cooked in a few evenings and found the kitchen to be a perfect gathering spot. The house had a large dining table, counter with bar stools, and all the dishes, kitchen tools, pots and pans, and appliances we needed to prepare our family "feasts." The hot tub was awesome-- large and private. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the tub after a long day of skiing. The grandkids said this was their favorite rental house in Tahoe (they go quite frequently). They loved having their own spacious room with the bunk beds and the arcade game in the center sitting area. The game kept them entertained for hours! There were two separate living/sitting areas so that all the adults could have their space and privacy when needed. The large TV in one of these rooms was perfect for family movie night. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful homes and views. It is also very close to downtown Truckee, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Above all, Tahoe Signature Properties was extremely receptive and professional from beginning to end. They are a beautifully run company who seem to really care about their guests. The booking process was flawless and when we had a few questions about the internet during our stay, they were available immediately and very helpful. If you are looking for a great property managed by a well-run company, this house is for you! Highly recommended.

Decent cabin but could be freshen up a bit

We spent the weekend in this cabin. The property management company has been responsive and good overall. We found the place a bit over-rated though (kitchen pans are really worn out, the place was not super clean - we found an Oreo next to the couch and they had a LOT of trash in the garage from at least 2 weeks ago). For people who may be interested, it is advertised as a 2-car garage but only one garage door works. Finally, it is said there is an EV level 2 charger, however it is for a Tesla (and Tesla has its own connector). We have a volvo which uses the standard worldwide connector, and thus we could not charge.

Upscale log cabin, great stay!

We really enjoyed our New Year’s stay at this property. It was a beautiful log cabin with very comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. We loved the hot tub and the beautiful woods all around us. It was also very nice to have a two car garage because we had a ton of snow fall while we were there. It was also helpful to have a little electric snowblower in the garage to clear the stairs and driveway before the snow plow got to us. Communication was great with realty company. Would stay again!

The cabin was overall nice however the oven is old and the first time we tried to use it the smoke alarm was set off, it wasn't very clean. I tried to clean it and every time we used it the smoke alarm went off. The breaker went out in the master where our son, daughter-in-law and grandson were sleeping and our one evening with our entire family was interrupted by waiting for maintenance and then a locksmith to unlock the garage door so that we could trip the breaker and get the heat working. We left one day early due to inconveniences and hope to receive at leas a partial refund. I would not recommend this cabin unless the oven is replaced and the broiling pans, pots/pans, cookie sheets, are also replaced. Please let renters know that one of the parking spaces in the garage is very small and blocked by the wooden structure, we could only park one car in the garage.

This house is great!

This house is great! We are two families with three kids between us. We fit quite comfortably. The bunkroom worked well for three kids and could have comfortably fit a fourth kid. The primary suite is huge and is where the tub is located. Queen room is smaller, but still comfortable (and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom). The living room is super cozy with a huge TV. Location right off the kitchen is great for making breakfast while kiddos are entertained but not too far away. Well stocked kitchen. Tahoe Properties was very easy to reach. Garage has an EV charger. We would stay again.

Great house!

This house is great. Comfortably fit two families with three kids between us. Bedrooms are spacious. Primary bedroom is huge. The queen bedroom and bunkroom share a bathroom with a shower. Living room is comfy with a big TV, right off kitchen. Property managers are communicative. EV charger in the garage. Would stay again!

Great family friendly home

We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again soon. We had some hiccups with the TV remote and couldn't find the fireplace remote but the customer service representative Dana was really wonderful and helpful.

Great family cabin!

This property was a great place for our kids and grandkids to be together in one place. Enough room for us to enjoy each other’s company. The location was great where we could access fishing or beaches! I would definitely stay there again. Cindy P.

The property was very spacious and comfortable for a party of 9 people, adults teens and kids

There were just minor issues that makes this review a 4 stars one. The main issue was the temperature in the master bedroom. It was cold! around 52-56 degrees. the heating worked perfectly in every other room beside this room, including the bathroom. There was also 2 water leakages coused by the pack of snow on the roof, one in the kitchen and the second in the kids room. My daughter woke up soaking wet...this was taken care of by the property management before our second night there. The last small thing was that we were unable to start the fire in the fire place since we didn’t have any starters. Other then that it was comfy and nice
